Statement from The British Judo Council's website..

 

"Following Clarification of new government guidelines (14th September 2020) we confirm that sessions indoors (following appropriate risk assessment) can continue providing no more than 16 persons including coaches are present and social distancing rules applied.

 

Sessions conducted outdoors may continue in groups of six including Coaches as before.

 

In all other circumstances including travelling to and from sessions and parents waiting for children, the new government restrictions will apply.

 

Please remember there are different guidelines applicable to England ,Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, secondly your venue may have different and stricter requirements.

 

Before any sessions are recommenced the BJC head office needs to receive and approve a risk assessment. If required an example risk assessment can be found below."
